Preparing for the Fall 2025 season

Even know our regular season has come to a close, we are still keeping a close watch on what is going on environmentally around Saskatchewan. Our duty as a premiere Saskatchewan Waterfowl Outfitter is to be climatically attached to the resource and weather impacts that occur even after the our hunting season comes to an end.

Snow is very important in maintain the resource. When the snow melts, the runoff levels allow for potholes, lakes, and estuaries to fill. This fill in turn creates productive habitat areas for all waterfowl. Where there is healthy habitat and nesting grounds comes substantial health in the resource. Along with run off the snow also allows for a freeze layer to harder the ground and protect the topsoil from eroding. With plenty of healthy topsoil farmers are able to plant and guarantee more viable seed germination. This in turn supplies the birds with plenty of food.

It won’t be much longer and we will be up in the Land of the Living Skies once again.

The 2025 Fall season will be here before we know it.
